Founded in 2021 by Ash and Temi, Sylt Pickling was born to solve a huge problem in their minds: the limitedness of pickling your own produce at home. From the time it took to prepare the vinegar based solution, to the limited selection of ready-pickled produce, they wanted to create something brand new to solve this problem, and thus, Sylt Pickling was born.

Their solution was to create ready-made pickling liquors. With a myriad of flavours that have gone on to win Great Taste Awards, combined with recommendations on all sort of vegetables and cuisines to pickle with, it couldn't be easier to start your pickling journey.
